  • All original setting-specific names, including:
    • Unique character names created for this campaign
    • Original location names not derived from Midgard or other sources
    • Campaign-specific plot elements and story arcs
  • All original artwork, maps, and visual designs created specifically for this campaign
  • The specific organization and presentation of materials on this website

Open Game Content Includes:

  • Game mechanics, rules, and statistics derived from the D&D 5e SRD
  • Game mechanics and material derived from Midgard under the OGL
  • General fantasy concepts and non-trademarked terminology
  • Statistical game data (ability scores, skill modifiers, etc.)

Important: When in doubt, assume content is Product Identity unless it clearly falls under the Open Game Content definitions in the OGL.
